New Bridge Foundation understands that addiction encompasses a broad range of issues. As a result, specialized programs have been created and tailored to meet the needs of the individual client
Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing Track
As the only program in Northern California offering a full continuum of care
to individuals who are deaf or hard-of-hearing, we are a leader in providing
these specialized services. This track is provided in the adult residential, day treatment, and intensive outpatient programs and includes:
- Weekly support group for the deaf and hard-of-hearing community
- Certified ASL Interpreters
- TTY and other supports
Dual-Diagnosis Track
This specialized program is designed to meet the needs of clients who require
substance abuse treatment and have co-occurring mental health needs.
This track is provided in the adult residential and day treatment programs and includes:
- Psychiatric Assessment
- Specialized Dual-Diagnosis Groups
- Medication Monitoring
Monitoring and Re-Entry Track
This program is designed to serve the needs of a changing workplace.
After primary treatment, many employees can benefit from extra support
as they return to work. This track includes:
- Assessment and Evaluation
- Weekly Individual and Group Counseling
- Urine Screen Analysis and Breath Alcohol Testing
- Certified Breath Alcohol Technicians
- Compliance with Department of Transportation Guidelines
